New posts in the archives on preventing fingerprinting, using PETs and future of privacy
I happily announce hereby that three old posts of mine are now available in the archive section. Links and some details:
- Fighting fingerprinting: not as trivial as it looks: protecting ourselves against fingerprinting based web tracking has its own caveats. This post has good points still up-to-date against fingerprinting! (like why not to use our homebrew solutions)
- Using privacy enhancing technologies properly: practical advises on how to use PETs, like how important it is to adapt your behavior besides using PETs.
- What is the future of privacy? This post argues that we need more automation to detect possible (e.g., hacks and vulnerabilityies discovered) and actual (e.g., somebody posts a picture about you) privacy leaks.
Enjoy reading them!
